Hands-On Therapies
Whether your injury is new or old, our therapists can help relieve pain, restore function, and promote healing with hands-on treatments.
Our Athletic Therapists, Registered Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, and Physiotherapists (in partnership with The Traveling Physio) use the latest manual techniques and equipment to suit your injury.
Our RMT appointments follow a sports massage style. Sport massage targets specific injuries and can often be done fully clothed.
In the Gym
If you’re focused on returning function or getting back to sport, we use the entire gym to help you restore your functional fitness.
Our fully-equipped gym doubles as a training and rehab space and our therapists are here to help develop programming or safely guide you through the exercises given to you.
Many of our rehab clients “graduate” into gym members because we transition people into doing exercises on their own.
Rehab Products
The clinic also sells and dispenses multiple products to help you heal or manage your injury.
We measure and dispense custom knee braces as well as off-the-shelf braces. And we also carry compression socks, RockTape, and more!
All bracing consults are free so if you’re not sure of what you need or how to navigate your insurance, we’d be happy to help at no charge.

Fully Equipped Fitness Centre
Guelph Performance is also a gym. Our spacious facility is the best gym in Guelph for injury rehab, prevention, and overall maintenance. Many rehab clients continue to use the gym post-recovery because of our focus on injury rehab and prevention.
Because we have no contracts, our membership is capped. To sign up, book an appointment to see what we’re all about.
Field-Side Medical
We also provide highly trained field-side medical support for sports events and tournaments throughout the tri-city area.
Our Athletic Therapists and First Responders specialize in sport-specific medical skills, like knowing when to run onto the field, when to call emergency services, and how to keep the game going safely.

I have done athletic therapy with Alana, who is excellent at getting at the root of issues and providing effective solutions. I have also done training with Vlad who is amazing and very dedicated and passionate about what he does. He is always exceptionally patient and thorough, going above and beyond to answer questions and research solutions and exercises. Vlad really goes the extra mile for his clients and does his best to understand their individual needs and where they might need to make adjustments in their training. I have done a variety of activities but training with Vlad has resulted in the most progress by far. With Vlad's help I was able to achieve things I didn't think were possible for me. I highly recommend booking time with Vlad, and/or trying out his Wednesday class.
