Emily welcomes clients looking to improve their movement, become more physically active, or need pain relief. Emily is a former varsity rugby athlete and understands the importance of reducing injury risk, maintaining strength, and returning to sport/activity. She has experience learning from top strength and conditioning coaches and is proficient in implementing exercise and rehabilitation programs. She emphasizes returning you to a pain-free functional pre-injury state.
Emily attended York University where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and a certificate in Athletic Therapy. She then went on to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree at CCMC. Her experience before Guelph Performance included both public practice and varsity clinical and team support.
