With a strong background in exercise and rehabilitation, Laura creates personalized programs to help clients move pain-free and regain optimal function. She understands the importance of injury prevention, strength maintenance, and returning to peak performance as a former athlete. She is dedicated to helping individuals improve movement, stay active, and achieve lasting relief.
Laura earned her bachelor’s degree in athletic therapy from Sheridan College and further advanced her expertise with a certificate in Manual Osteopathy. She has experience working in both clinical and team-based settings, providing high-quality care to a diverse range of clients. Most recently, she served as the medical trainer for Team Ontario Red, contributing to their championship victory at the Women’s Hockey U18 Nationals.
