Our personal trainer, Vlad, works with groups of 3-5 individuals with similar abilities and goals using a variety of training methods, including TRX suspension systems.
What type of exercises?
Vlad uses different exercise types depending on the goals of his group! Often this includes TRX suspension trainers, as it allows for a high intensity and effective body weight workout! He also incorporated resistance exercises with weights and bands, calisthenics, and many other ideas!

Duration: 45 minutes of high-intensity work!
Cost: $200/8 weeks
Class Schedule: Class runs in 8-week cohorts – time determined to fit your group on weekday evenings, or weekends.
What to Expect
Small group personal training is suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced athletes. During the first session, our Vlad will discuss goals and abilities and conduct some simple fitness tests. This will allow him to tailor the programming to your group’s needs!
